Purpose
The purpose of the Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation (SPAR) Park Advisory Council (PAC) is to serve as an advisory group between community patrons and respective SPAR community centers / parks. PAC members will provide recommendations in respect to recreational programming, standard operations and maintenance concerns of the SPAR community center / park.

Shreveport residents who live, work, or own property in close proximity of a community center / park may be members of the community center / park PAC. Membership fees are prohibited.
