Facilities

Did you know SPAR is much more than just parks and recreation programs? SPAR currently maintains several city owned properties/facilities such as: Festival Plaza, Independence Stadium, Riverview Parkway, Riverview Hall, Municipal Auditorium, Fairgrounds Field, four (4) Cemeteries and Government Plaza.

SPAR facilities provide the Shreveport community with theaters, meeting spaces, sporting events, and other opportunities to create wholesome memories that last a lifetime.
